📅 Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments require 48-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • To cancel or reschedule, contact Adrienne via Booksy, phone, or email as early as possible.
  • We understand life happens — please communicate promptly so your spot can be offered to another client.

Late Arrival Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is extended to all clients.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduled appointment.
  • Please notify Adrienne as soon as possible if you are running late.
  • Repeated late arrivals may affect future scheduling.

🚫 No-Show Policy

  • Clients who no-show without notice forfeit any deposit paid.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
  • Three or more no-shows may result in permanent removal from the booking system.
  • If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as you're able — we'll do our best to work with you.

💬 New Client Consultation Requirement

This applies to all new clients seeking color or chemical services.
  • All new clients seeking permanent processing (color, relaxers, keratin, chemical services) must complete a consultation first.
  • Do not book a color or chemical service without a prior consultation — it will need to be rescheduled.
  • Consultations allow Adrienne to review your hair history, assess your hair's condition, and design the safest approach.
  • After your consultation, Adrienne will personally schedule your service appointment.

💳 Deposit & Retainer Policy

  • A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for longer or specialty services.
  • Deposits are applied toward your service total at appointment time.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.
  • Deposits are refundable for cancellations with more than 48 hours notice.

👥 Children & Guest Policy

  • To maintain a calm environment, please limit additional guests when possible.
  • Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service.
  • Unattended children cannot be accommodated in the salon space.
  • Questions about bringing a guest? Please reach out in advance.

🌿 Health & Allergy Disclosure

  • Please disclose any known allergies (hair dye, peroxide, latex, chemical products) before booking.
  • Strand tests and patch tests are available upon request and recommended for sensitive clients.
  • Adrienne reserves the right to decline services that may be unsafe for your hair or scalp condition.
  • Failure to disclose known allergies releases Adrienne Renee from liability for reactions. See Terms of Service.

⚖️ Georgia Board of Cosmetology

  • Adrienne Renee operates in full compliance with Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers regulations.
  • Licensed cosmetologist in the State of Georgia.
  • All services adhere to applicable Georgia sanitation and safety standards.
  • All required licenses, product safety data, and sanitation protocols are maintained per Georgia law.
